Did you know that over 30% of all human-caused greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions originate from the world’s agri-food systems? Too often, our discussions of climate solutions fail to address the need to radically transform our food systems.
Sadly, our food system, from seed to table, is rife with inequities. But it doesn’t have to be that way. While transforming our vast food system can seem monumental, there are many tangible actions we can take at the local level.
